How much time does SharpMate take each day?
Most SharpMate challenges take just a few minutes to complete. The goal is to build a small, consistent daily habit rather than a long session, so it fits easily into a morning routine or daily schedule.
Do I need to be good with technology to use SharpMate?
No. SharpMate is intentionally simple and avoids complicated puzzles or technology. Every challenge is designed to be easy to understand and use, with large readable text and straightforward instructions.
Is SharpMate a medical treatment or a substitute for professional care?
No. SharpMate is a wellness and lifestyle tool intended to support everyday mental activity and confidence. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
How does the Word Recall challenge work?
In the Word Recall challenge, five words appear on screen for ten seconds. Once they disappear, you have thirty seconds to write down as many as you can remember. This repeats for five short rounds, and your results are shown as a simple score at the end.
Can I track my progress over time?
Each session ends with a simple score summary, and you can save a proof image of your results directly from the challenge screen. Bookmarking SharpMate or adding it to your home screen makes it easy to return and build a daily streak.
How do I add SharpMate to my phone's home screen?
On most phones, open the browser menu and choose "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App." SharpMate also includes an on-page button below that opens these instructions automatically based on your device.
